Privacy policy
Blockscale is operated by Chava Dynamics. This policy covers our public website and early-access waitlist, not a future trading or investment service.
What we collect and why
When you subscribe, we store your email address and signup timestamps so we can maintain the waitlist and contact you about Blockscale early access. Submitting the form joins the waitlist directly; we do not require an email confirmation click.
Our hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver and secure the site. Our signup service stores a hash of your IP address in short-lived rate-limit counters to reduce abuse. Delivery jobs record the information needed to synchronize signups and notify our team.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host the site and store signup records, and Resend to manage waitlist contacts and send email. Signup notifications go to our internal team inbox. These providers process information to provide their services and may process it outside your country.
Analytics, monitoring, and embedded content
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate website traffic and performance measurement. Our analytics setup does not use advertising cookies or session recording. Production error monitoring uses technical failure categories rather than signup email addresses or form contents.
You can exclude this browser from our manually installed analytics by visiting Blockscale with analytics disabled. This saves an opt-out preference in your browser when storage is available. The setup also respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
The market-chart preview uses embedded content from TradingView. Loading that content sends requests to TradingView, which may process technical information under its own privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist records while needed to manage early access or until you request removal, subject to information we need to retain for security, legal obligations, or to honor an opt-out. Completed delivery payloads are cleared; failed deliveries may retain an email address until reviewed. Rate-limit records are periodically cleaned up.
To request access, correction, removal, or to stop receiving Blockscale updates, contact hello@blockscale.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify a request before changing or disclosing records.
